Neuland is a company manufacturing and marketing of metal products for nearly 20 years.
The company has been supplying products in materials cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper etc by production methods sand casting, die casting, lost wax casting and die forging and precision machining. Assembling and surface coating service are also available.
And over the past years, the company has grown up as a whole process solution provider for any metal products in various industries. Either your drawings can be shaped into products, or even your idea can be realized into a satisfactory product starting designing to shipping. Moreover, our engineering team is capable and more than happy to provide our proposals to you on valuable change of production method and material to best fulfill the cost reduction and function of a product.
With the continuous efforts over the past years, our company has successfully developed products in various industries such as chemical, energy, power, food, water, air compressor, automotive, offshore trenching and construction. Our customers are widely spread from Europe to north America.
While supplying single spare parts, our company has been developing our capability to supply fully assembled unit to customers, especially in the air compressor and offshore trenching industries. In the last three years, we have successfully achieved the assembly of the main engine of air compressor for our customer in America and Canada. In addition, another great step forward was that we had fulfilled the complete assembly of the offshore trenching chains for our customer in the UK. Both customers started with a single casting or forging part or a steel bar machined part, however by working closely together with customers, we grow up quickly to be a full assemble unit supplier. All these growth have not only increased our competiveness in the global market, also help customer to reduce their costs so to better serve end users and expand global market.

Inspections of Spectrometer, Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Permeation, Elongation, Tensile/yield strength etc are being conducted in normal production processes. X-ray test can be carried at our sub-contracted partner lab.
