Sand blasting is a process for surface treatment of workpieces. Compressed air is used as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray material (copper ore, quartz sand, corundum, iron sand, sea sand) onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed, so that the appearance or shape of the workpiece surface changes. Due to the impact and cutting effect of the abrasive on the surface of the workpiece, the surface of the workpiece can obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the mechanical properties of the surface of the workpiece can be improved, thus improving the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increasing it and the coating The adhesion between them prolongs the durability of the coating film, and is also conducive to the leveling and decoration of the coating.
1. After other parameters are set, the greater the pressure, the higher the speed of the jet beam, the higher the sandblasting efficiency, and the rougher the processed surface.
2. The distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is generally 50-150mm. The closer the spray gun is to the workpiece, the smoother the surface of the workpiece. The smaller the angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, the lower the efficiency, but the smoother the surface.
3. There are two kinds of abrasive shapes: spherical and rhombus. After other parameters are set, the surface obtained by spherical abrasive is smoother. The same type of abrasive has different thicknesses. Generally, the thickness is divided according to the number of screens, and it becomes the number. The higher the number, the smaller the particle size and the smoother the surface.
